Core work! Downdog to #kneetonose (or elbow) isn't a traditional yoga pose as you can see, but, working core strength is a smart thing to do. This is a fantastic prep for strengthening shoulders, abs, and hip flexors, AND if you're taking active Vinyasa classes you will often meet these on the mat.
